Fabiani Group S.p.A. recognizes the importance of adopting a transparent, secure, and confidential process that allows employees, collaborators, and other interested parties to report potentially unlawful behaviors, acts, or omissions, or those non-compliant with current regulations, the organizational model, and the company's internal procedures.
If you have become aware, in the context of your work, of violations or irregularities that may harm the public interest or the integrity of Fabiani Group S.p.A., you can make a whistleblowing report in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023.
Reports can be submitted in written or oral form, including anonymously. In any case, Fabiani Group S.p.A. guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, the individuals involved or mentioned, the content of the report, and the related documentation.
A whistleblower acting on the basis of reasonably founded information benefits from the protections provided by law and is protected from any form of retaliation, discrimination, or penalization related to the report.
To allow for more effective management of investigations and to facilitate the acquisition of any additional information, Fabiani Group S.p.A. encourages, where possible, the submission of named reports. However, the possibility of submitting anonymous reports is guaranteed, provided they are sufficiently detailed and accompanied by useful elements for verifying the reported facts.
