Fabiani Group Spa, as Data Controller, is authorized to contact its customers using the provided data (e.g., email, SMS, or other communication tools) for informational purposes strictly related to the requested services, such as updates on shipping status, order confirmations, and after-sales assistance.

Subject to the User's explicit consent, Fabiani Group Spa may also send promotional communications, newsletters, and special offers regarding its products and services.
